As you can see above, we sell most Cat Mate spares for most of the products we sell. We want you to get the most out of your products and appreciate that it can be frustrating when parts wear out.

Rather than throw out your Cat Mate, we provide spares for most of the parts they use. We try to keep costs to a minimum while providing the spares you need to keep using your product.

Our Dog Mate spares list should include most parts you’ll need if you use any of our Pet Mate products. That includes replacement pumps and filters for fountains, replacement feeder trays and inserts, dog flap accessories, ID discs for lockable dog flaps, plastic spares for feeders and a whole lot more.

We believe that you should be able to keep using your Dog Mate product forever and repair rather than replace. It’s good for you, your pet and the environment!

Our cat and dog spares are guaranteed to fit. We manufacture spares using the same tools and materials as we manufacture the products. We don’t licence the parts to others or use generic parts.

All accessories we stock are designed and manufactured to the same high standards and will fit perfectly into whatever product they are designed to work with.

Shipping times depend on where in the world you live. We dispatch orders the same, or next day to minimise delay but are dependent on external couriers for the rest of the journey.

We do use all leading courier services though so there should be minimal delay in getting your package. Exact timings will depend on where we are shipping to.

If your Pet Mate product has stopped working, you have a couple of options.

If it arrived faulty or is within the warranty period, contact our team and we’ll sort out a repair or replacement. If the product is outside the warranty period, you could purchase a service part and attempt a repair or purchase a replacement product.

Quality is everything for us and we work hard to maintain a high level of quality and service for every single product we sell. Don’t hesitate to get in contact with us if you feel a product has fallen short of that.
