Description

Any number of these paintable 50mm / 5cm / 2" cat flap wall liners may be added to the following products to enable easy wall installation for the following products:

Compatible Cat Flaps:

Each cat flap wall liner is 50mm / 5cm / 2" long, so if you need a 20cm tunnel, you'd need four.

These pet door accessories can be cut down. For instance, if you need a 22cm tunnel, you can buy five and cut one down by 3cm.

We advise that you add a thin bead of sealant between each liner to create a moisture-resistant tunnel and wrap around the outside of the joint with duct tape. This will mean that the tunnel stays solid and is much easier to handle.

FAQs

Which cat flaps is this compatible with?

The CP400W wall liner is compatible with Cat Mate models 221 (Large Cat Flap), 357 (Large Glass Fitting Cat Flap).

How many do I need for my wall thickness?

Each liner section is 50mm (2") long. Simply divide your wall thickness by 50mm to calculate how many you need. For example, a 200mm (8") wall needs 4 liners, while a 300mm (12") wall needs 6 liners. You can also cut liners to size - for a 220mm wall, buy 5 and trim one by 30mm.

Can I paint it?

Yes! The wall liner is made from white plastic that can be painted to match your interior or exterior décor. This allows you to create a seamless, professional finish that blends with your walls.

How do I install it?

Stack the required number of liner sections to match your wall thickness. For best results, apply a thin bead of sealant between each section to create a moisture-resistant seal, then wrap duct tape around the outside joints to hold them together during installation. This creates a solid tunnel that's easier to handle and provides a professional, weatherproof finish.
