I've been using this water bottle / bowl with my dog for around a month now and it's been fantastic. Very easy to use and I really like that I can get any leftover water back into the flask easily so none is wasted. My dog was happy to use this straight away and very grateful for the drink on our walks. It has a handy carrying handle although I prefer to have it in my little rucksack. If there is any water left I use it to wash his little paws at the end of our walk. I’ve found it easy to clean too.

I needed a new service kit for my Fishmate 2500 filter this is a great price and a excellent product. It fits easily into the filter head unit and works perfectly. I am very happy with it. Thank You.

Let me set the scene - my little feller pees and poos A LOT, time spent on my knees scooping through cat litter has been plenty, not to mention having to sweep the kitchen floor several times a day - that 'non tracking' cat litter that costs a fortune, well, they lie...

Anyway, to what we affectionately call the poo pod, Miró took to it immediately, NO SCOOPING 🙂 no smell. Do remember that the poo bag will require changing, you can get lulled into thinking that you don't need to do anything, and you mainly don't, so that's good! Thumbs up from all of us, and Miró, if he had one...

Easy to set up and works perfectly

Ordered a large dog door which is the maximum size we could have for our old conservatory doors but it's big enough for our Belgian Malinois @ 34kg & she stands 24inc tall at the shoulders. She's very good at opening normal doors but not good at closing them behind her & with Winter fast approaching we thought at least this dog door will close itself stopping the cold draft coming into the house.
The door is a good quality material & easy enough to install with the clear instructions provided, it's also comforting to know that spares are available should we need them as our Storm isn't the most gentle of dogs with anything, Lol.
So far we are very pleased with it, thank you.

Works perfectly - any easy to set up!

My old moany cat started to come and shout at us at 3 or 4am for food and it drove us nuts, so I got one of these to feed her every 6 hours 4pm, 10pm, 4am, 10am and it's worked, no more moaning. She's had it for a couple of months now and knows the sounds it makes means food and associates it with being fed rather than us.

I bought this to install into a glass door. I was so pleased to be able to get one that was grey both sides. The installation was a bit fiddly with the rubber band that goes around the unit, please redesign, but apart from that straightforward. The door itself works wonderful and I now have two happy cats that have access to the outside whenever they want. I have found you have to be precise when setting the lock wheel otherwise your cat gets locked out! The batteries are lasting well, 9 months in. Would thoroughly recommend.

Hi, firstly its a brilliant item as we have 5 cats, but can you tell me if you have any plans to fetch out a split dish, as in the evenings our cats have half wet food and half biscuits.

I needed a new ballast for my 15000 13watt filter which had burnt out .I saw that a complete head unit was a great price so I bought that instead, it came complete with a cable attached and I only had to fit a 13watt bulb. The unit works perfectly and the water quality is great again. The price was great and the delivery was very quick. I am very happy with it. Thank You.

This is expensive for what it is. Although it is very useful once I figured out how to use it! I didn’t realise it was an insert to drop inside the existing plastic bowl. If cat eats wet and dry it’s great for giving wet food without having to tip dry food out of the plastic one below. Of course it does mean you need to be around to take it out again which defeats the objective of the mibowl auto feeder if you are away for any length of time.

I have one cat who likes to graze and another that likes to eat everything in front of him as fast as possible, then vomit it up.

This feeder saves me so much time as I no longer have to monitor meal time, and my slow kitty is able to come and go without his brother stealing his food. Fast kitty was not a fan of this and tried to find a way around it several times, but has mostly given up now.

The lid closes fairly quickly when the cat pulls his head out. My only issue with the bowl is that it is slow to open for the first time after using the manual close button - in other words, I put the food in, close the lid manually and place the bowl on the floor. When kitty sticks his head in to open, the bowl is slow to respond the first time. After that, it opens more or less as soon as his head is over it.

My boy took a while to learn to use it, about two weeks before he seemed fully comfortable. He's not a smart cat, his faster brother understood the concept on day one. Due to the slowness of the first opening my slow boy has somehow decided that it opens when he purrs at it, which is very cute.
Overall, very impressed with the bowl and I think it's worth the money. It's also (at time of writing) cheaper than the other microchip feeder you can get, which has the added downside of being completely open at the back so another cat could stick his head in at the same time.

Clever and simple to install and operate. This has solved a big problem and our cat now has her house free from invaders again.
