Give your cats the key to their home with the Elite Microchip Cat Flap with Timer Control. This smart pet door from Cat Mate uses your pets’ unique microchips or Pet Mate I.D. Discs (available separately) to grant them entry (not dual scanning) – giving you (and your cat) the peace of mind that a wild animal or next door’s moggy won’t poke its nose in where they aren’t wanted! In order to save battery, the Elite Microchip Cat Flap with Timer Control only scans your pet and unlocks when your pet starts putting pressure on the flap. Encourage your pets to push against the flap by putting treats on the rim and the other side of the clear flap.
This product is designed to controls access of pets (and stops unauthorised pets/wildlife) from entering the home. It lets any of your pets inside the home out, unless fully physically locked
Our feline friends like to think they rule the roost, and this microchip pet door will give them the independence to let themselves in and out – with you having ultimate control, thanks to the four-way lock system. You can also use the timer function to set a night-time curfew.
