I needed a new ballast for my 15000 13watt filter which had burnt out .I saw that a complete head unit was a great price so I bought that instead, it came complete with a cable attached and I only had to fit a 13watt bulb. The unit works perfectly and the water quality is great again. The price was great and the delivery was very quick. I am very happy with it. Thank You.
Not so much the product but the excellent service from Closer Pets. Great advice, friendly and helpful on the phone, even called me back to inform me they had reduced the price. Unfortunately ordered 4 but they only had 3 in stock, they rang me immediately and credited my account same day, brilliant service, would highly recommend using them
