Great Water Fountain!

We are still in the early days of using this Cat Water Fountain, but so far it is a fantastic addition to our cats life. It’s stylish, easy to clean thanks to the ceramic design, and the quiet operation makes it perfect for the whole family when we need those quiet moments! Our cat loves the continuous flow of fresh water and is somewhat therapeutic! We had a few concerns over removing the pump/cleaning, but we were able do it after watching one of their CP YT videos. Overall, a reliable, well-designed fountain - thank you! :)

Bad design all round

Good idea in theory, initially attracted by the fact it’s ceramic mostly rather than plastic.

The actual product is badly designed however. The water pressure from the pump is way too high and there is no way to adjust. It’s loud and off putting for our cat. The drain hole is also quite low so the bowl doesn’t keep much water in.

We ended up returning it as our cat wouldn’t go near it.

Not as quiet as they say

The motor is quiet but the thing trickles water very loudly even when full.
The filter doesn’t actually do anything as water can get past it easily. Terrible design not sure who thought this thing was a good idea

Great Quality

The fountain easy to set up and operate it runs quietly and is nice and slim and doesn’t look out of place in our home, the cats were a little nervous at first with the fountain, but have quickly settled down.

Loud. Not worth its pricing.

The product has "whisper quiet" written on the box, yet I am upstairs writing this and can hear the fountain in the downstairs dining room, and I'm almost deaf in 1 ear currently.

It's also worth noting that the larger filter you place in the centre has no means of keeping it down. It's a loose fit, and its bouyancy keeps it floating off the base, making the filter practically redundant.

It's important to note that I haven't overfilled it or followed any instructions incorrectly. If it's loud now, I can't wait to hear how loud it is when it's less full.

Functionally, it "works", but a redundant filter and high sound volume are making both my cats and me put off.
Absolutely not worth its price.

How quiet is the pump?

Our fountain operates virtually silently thanks to the high-quality pump design. You and your cat can enjoy peaceful hydration without any disruptive noise.

Can I use tap water in the fountain?

es, the fountain works with regular tap water. The filtration system will remove impurities and improve taste, though filtered or spring water can be used if preferred.

What if my cat doesn't use the fountain initially?

Some cats need time to adjust to new water sources. Keep their regular water bowl available initially and gradually transition them to the fountain. Most cats are naturally drawn to moving water within a few days.
