Product Registration Form

Please fill out this registration form carefully, entering the details of your product along with your name and address. You’ll then receive an email confirmation, which we ask you to print and keep in a safe place together with your proof of purchase – copies of both items will be required should you need to make a claim under the guarantee.

Please be aware that registering your product for our three-year guarantee is not classed as proof of purchase, and a copy of your original receipt or invoice will be required to validate any guarantee claim. Spare or replacement parts are also not covered under the guarantee.
