I want to keep one cat in and allow free access to another cat.
The Microchip Cat Flap (CP 360 or 360) is selective entry only. We would advise the Cat Mate Elite ID Disc Cat Flap with Timer Control (305); however, this works with ID discs on your cat’s collar, but not implanted microchips.

I have changed the batteries but now nothing works.
Please remove all batteries for at least three hours and replace with new, good-quality alkaline batteries.

I have replaced the batteries. Do I need to reprogram my cat’s ID disc?

How many cats can I program to the cat flap?
This product will accept up to 30 cats.

The catch is stuck down and any cat can get in. What can I do?
