I had been using this excellent feeder for almost three years when it developed a problem. The fabulous team at closer pets immediately replaced it free of charge.It's only when you don't have this feeder that you realise just how much you depend on it. Would highly recommend it.

Our previous FishMate P7000 failed after only 18 months, with a 3-year guarantee. Through Amazon, we tried "Contact the Seller twice, which elicited no response. We found a phone number to contact the Seller (CloserPets) directly. After explaining the problem and providing them with proof-of-purchase, they replaced it within 4 days. Outstanding service! A big thank-you to Martin at CloserPets! And our fish seem to be happy to now have the regular food supply.
Further to my previous 1 * review of the fishmate P7000. The company sent a replacement fish feeder within a few day which works perfectly.
