I have 4 of the Catmate C500 feeders. Extra bowls are a very good thing. I just wish there was some kind of insert for each bowl instead of having to wash the whole bowl.

Wow where has this been all my life. First of all, the feeders are well made, rather clever once you understand them and the pathway to freedom from being slapped in the face at 5 am by your cat. Having the replacement bowls allows me to set up the cats for the whole day, put the dirty bowl in the dishwasher, and have a clean one ready for the next day. Do yourself a favor, get 2 extra ice packs and then just rock n roll with feeding your cat and enjoy the freedom this system gives you! I own 3 of these, one for each cat. They're AMAZING.
