We tend not to blow our own trumpet here at Closer Pets (we leave that to you!), but we simply had to shout about the positive buzz we’re getting on this popular review site. After all, the proof of our products is in the pudding (or kibble, in the case of our automatic pet feeders).
It’s safe to say, our smart pet products have gone down a treat with our four-legged friends. But, as owners will know, our closest companions don’t tend to leave any evidence of their enjoyment of the feeders, so we’re honoured to have so many customers take the time to share their good experiences with others.

Our five-star reviews are across the board – from our quality products to our customer service. For example, customers are raving about the peace of mind our guarantee brings. We offer a one-year guarantee as standard, plus an extra two-year warranty if you register your products within 14 days of purchasing. That’s three whole years of protection!
But the stars of the show are, of course, our smart pet products. From automatic feeders to flowing drinking fountains and lockable cat flaps, our innovative products help our owners care for their pets in the best way possible.

Absolutely top notch customer service.
They do cost more than their competitors, but I’d say for 30–50% extra cost you get three times the quality, more than worth it. I’ve previously bought similar feeders from other vendors that broke within a couple of months and looked cheap and tacky. These on the other hand are brilliant – highly recommended.
Fantastic bit of technology, and I wish I bought them sooner! We have struggled for years with one of my cat’s diet, as she has allergies, and she eats my other cats food. The food she’s on is expensive, and they’ve both been on the same food because there’s been no alternative way for us, until now.
Their customer service is second to none. They are always responsive, always willing to have a conversation about potential fixes and solutions, and understand their products inside out.
Tellingly, I have spoken to the same brilliant person (Melanie) over the last few years – she is calm, helpful and knowledgeable. Having experienced this level of customer service, I would not buy a cat-flap from anyone else!
