Bought this to replace a similar product which was at the end of its life, eating batteries for breakfast and letting in all the neighbourhood cats. This product is solid and our old cat has got the hang of it easily. So far, no unwelcome visitors. Pro-tip: read the instructions carefully. I had a bit of uneccessary faff fitting it.

The cat flap is a great purchase. My 3 cats of varying sizes are all able to use it with ease. Had a fault with the original cat flap after 2 and a half years but the team at Closerpet were amazing and replaced the cat flap within days. Very happy with the product and my experience overall.

My ultra fussy cat took to this straight away. Now I don't need to worry about him drinking enough!

This has been perfect for ensuring my cat has access to fresh food throughout the day and night, outside of when I feed her wet fodd at 5:00pm. I can cover 2 and a half days worth of meals if needed, so it's good to know that if I stay out late or am away for the night, she won't go hungry.

I've had the feeder for nearly a year now and still have not had to change the batteries. It's loud when it rotates, but after a few days my cat (& I) got used to it. It's easy to refill and clean, just unclip the lid and take out the central plug and you're able to access and remove everything inside.

I only use it for dry food right now, so I can't comment on how the ice packs and wet food storage is. But it's genuinely such a time and energy saver for me.
